Beyond Stay grew naturally above Beyond Massage, our Thai spa on Thong Lor. The rooms are simple and honest — but we've invested where it matters: premium mattresses, crisp linen, and warm Thai styling that makes a compact space feel like a retreat.

Three rooms, one calm lane.
Choose the private en-suite Signature Suite, or one of two cosy balcony rooms sharing a spotless bathroom between just the two of them.
The King Suite
Our most spacious room, with a king-size bed dressed in premium linen and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower. Thai-inspired styling, calm tones, everything you need for a restful stay.
The Second-Floor Room
A snug, well-styled room with a queen-size bed and its own private balcony — perfect for a morning coffee over the quiet lane. Shares a modern bathroom on the landing with one neighbouring room only.
The Third-Floor Room
On the top floor, a little higher and a little quieter. Same warm styling and queen-size comfort, with a private balcony and a bit more light. Shares the landing bathroom with the second-floor room only.

Only the two balcony rooms share a bathroom, and only with each other — never with other guests or the public. The King Suite has its own private en-suite. If you book both balcony rooms together, the shared bathroom is effectively yours.

No — the building has stairs only. The balcony rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Let us know if you'd prefer the lowest room available and we'll do our best.
